Valid in the U.S. only. Limit one rebate per qualifying individual. Limit one rebate per Lifetime Roofing System* installed by a GAF Factory-Certified Contractor between January 1, 2012 and December 31, 2012. Rebate form must be received by January 31, 2013. Improper redemption or use constitutes fraud. GAF reserves the right to audit all redemption claims. GAF reserves the right to cancel or modify rebate program at any time. *See GAF Shingle & Accessory Ltd. Warranty for complete coverage and restrictions. The word "Lifetime" means as long as the original individual owner of a single family detached residence (or the second owner in certain circumstances) owns the property where the shingles and accessories are installed. For owners/structures not meeting above criteria, Lifetime coverage is not applicable. Lifetime ltd. warranty on accessories requires the use of at least three qualifying GAF accessories and the use of Lifetime Shingles.

ENERGY SAVINGS GUARANTEE

Precision Construction Services guarantees to save 30% of energy units used, electric and/or gas. To qualify for the 30% energy guarantee, 2 of the 3 special energy savings services listed below are required in a whole house project. The 60% energy guarantee requires 3 of 3 energy savings services. Partial projects would not qualify.

The special energy savings services are:

• Windows – TGK Revere vinyl replacement windows or Vista Seal Smart Extreme
• Reflective insulation installed behind new siding or form fitted backer
• Reflective insulation installed in the attic as a blanket or blown in fiberglass

RULES OF GUARANTEE

• Customer agrees to pay for obligations of contracted work.
• Customer must obtain 12 months of electric and/or gas bills or a statement that shows the amount of units used per month.
• At the end of the first year after installation, customer must supply the same information for comparison purposes.
• Customer agrees to use similar practices of energy consumption. (i.e. thermostat settings, etc.)

Should the total units used not decrease by the proposed percentage during the first year; Precision Construction Services will pay the difference between the amount actually saved to create a 30% or 60% savings. This will be done for the first year after installation only.
** In our opinion and based upon manufacturers’ research, our special insulation services will save the homeowner money by decreasing the energy used to heat and cool the home every month of the year. The costs of the energy used will continue to rise; therefore the dollar saved each month will also continue to rise. Thank you for your patronage and your efforts to reduce your energy usage.
